Welcome to GBTA Michigan!

GBTA Michigan supports networking, education, and advocacy for corporate travel buyers and suppliers through in-person meetings, education days, and scholarship opportunities for members pursuing continuing education and certification programs.

Our chapter is a community of industry professionals composed of travel buyers from recognized corporations from throughout the state — small and large — including the Automotive Big Three, the world's top office furniture   manufacturers, a variety of OEM companies that support them, and many others. Equally important are the hoteliers, airlines, ground transportation agencies, travel management companies, and technology partners that bring about   meaningful relationships resulting in strategic alliances.

    Testimonials:

“I wanted to take a moment to thank you both for running such a fantastic two-day session. It was incredibly well-organized and engaging. Whether attendees were new to the industry or seasoned professionals, I’m confident everyone walked away having learned something new.  It’s easy to become complacent over time, so having a refresher like this is invaluable for staying relevant. I especially appreciated the diversity of perspectives in the room—from buyers to airlines, hoteliers, and TMCs. That variety made the discussions more insightful.  On top of your full-time roles, I truly appreciate the time and dedication you both invest to volunteer and share your passion for this industry. Your efforts help keep others stay engaged, informed, and connected, and that makes a real difference.”
