Mark's career in the travel industry spans more than 30 years and includes key management positions at Northwest Airlines in which he brokered some of the largest corporate travel contracts in the airline's history. Mark later joined Arrington Travel Center as vice president of sales, client relations and operations, where Mark played a critical role in growing the agency's volume by more than 50 percent in five years. Later, he joined Workflow Solutions, an expense management system provider that merged with Concur. As the founder of Consulting Strategies, Mark advises such notable companies as P&G, GM, Novartis, Microsoft and DaimlerChrysler. His travel management expertise is sought by such publications as Business Travel News, Travel Weekly and the New York Times. He is also a highly regarded speaker at industry events. |
